Return Policy

We offer 7-day return policy and 12-month repair warranty. All our products have passed the quality test. They are carefully examined before shipment. If there is anything happened during the process of delivery, or if you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt otherwise the exchange or refund will be rejected. You may return it for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges).

All Returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please send us an email at service@x-loupe.com.sg stating the Invoice Number, Date of Receipt, Product(s) of Purchase, Reason(s) for return and your Contact Detail to obtain the RMA number. This will help us identify the problem you had with the item when it returns to us. Please note that an RMA does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.

All exchanged/returned product must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the product or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Pack the product into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA issued by us clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Any unauthorized product returned to us will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use Registered Courier Service such as EMS, TNT, UPS or FedEx etc.. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorized RMA number.

Should the product fail to operate properly at any time during 12-month warranty period from the date of receipt, we will repair or replace (at our option) the product barring any indication of misuse or abuse. Please email us at service@x-loupe.com.sg stating the Invoice Number, Date of Receipt, Product(s) of Purchase, Reason(s) for return and your Contact Detail to obtain the RMA number. Warranty registration occurs automatically at the time the product is delivered to you. There is no need to submit any paperwork.
